The Wizard System

Using traditional methods to create HTML emails can sometimes take hours and require a good knowledge of HTML design and layout. The webNews 4.0 Wizard System uses advanced proprietary technology which allows you to type desired content using text fields, or radio buttons, dropdowns and checkboxes - very similar to typing information into a website feedback form. The webNews system automatically processes and formats the data according to your template - reducing creation time from hours to minutes.

An example of this system is the Property Wizard, which allows you to select a property category (such as For Sale, Under Offer, Sold etc), enter the property address, price, open house details, bedrooms, bathrooms, car spaces and more, as well as upload a property photo and a link back to your web site for more information. Click “Next”, and a fresh screen is presented ready for the next property. Properties can be entered in any order – when the “Finish” button is pressed, webNews automatically arranges and formats the properties into the finished email, ready to send out to your contact list.

For extra convenience, a HTML content area can be included in addition to the Property Wizard, which allows you to enter any desired text, upload photos and place them in your layout, stylise your text and images, using an interface similar to Microsoft Word. This is ideal for company announcements, latest news, agent profiles and more.

The Wizard uses a step-by-step interface from start to finish, all the way through to entering property data to sending the email to your contact list.

When you are finished, simply click the “Finish” button and all of the information you entered is formatted and compiled into your custom designed HTML email template and sent to your Contact list.
