Statistics
The addition of statistics is one of the biggest advancements to the webNews system. When the Property Wizard is used and an email is sent, the powerful statistics tracking system records the number of clicks made on a particular property, or as we call them - “Internet inspections”. The property with the most Internet inspections is shown as the “Highest Performer”, which allows the agency to report back to the vender, letting them know how popular the property was this week. All other properties will be listed with number of inspections below.
Statistics are not limited to just Internet inspections; The system also features advanced email tracking including:
- Pie chart with featured data (Received, unopened, bounced)
- Number of emails received
- Number of emails opened
- Percentage of HTML to Plain text
- Links clicked (Unique vs. Total)
- Who actually clicked links
- Click through rate as percentage
If you are using a custom wizard, which does not feature any properties, the statistics package will still apply; No property tracking data is shown.
7 days after the email has been sent, a report will be delivered to a contact within the agency showing all of the statistics for that email.
