Scheduling

The new scheduling system in webNews allows users to create a HTML email and set a schedule for its distribution.

This feature allows webNews users to:

• Create multiple campaigns when convenient to client
• Send email marketing when staff are unavailable
• Create emails weeks before time if desired

The schedule is set for a particular HTML email as one of the final steps of the Wizard.

The Archive also keeps an active record of all previous emails, and allows you do download the HTML file and send through alternative HTML email distribution systems if desired. This way, webNews doubles as a HTML creator as well as HTML distribution system. Having all files stored in the Archive allows you to directly access the HTML files and print - which allows you to use the same Property HTML you just created for over the counter brochures for passers-by to collect and read - a great tool for weekend open house lists.
