Contacts Manager
The Contact Manager in webNews allows you to create a Contact group and populate the group by importing CSV data (Excel compatible file) into a Contact list setup in webNews, or by manually entering in desired contacts.
As part of the Wizard, a Contact list is selected and your HTML email is sent to all of the contacts within the selected group.
The webNews system automatically places an unsubscribe feature at the bottom of every email, which allows a user to unsubscribe from any future mailings. An unsubscribe report will be sent to the agency email address allowing staff to modify their records. webNews keeps a full list of unsubscribed email addresses within it’s database.
